Privacy Notice
SURE-GHANA uses information submitted through the website contact form to review and respond to enquiries. Please do not submit sensitive medical, financial or identification information.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, subject, message, submission date and confirmation that you read this notice.
How information is used
We use these details to reply, manage requests, and maintain an appropriate record of correspondence. Authorised website administrators can view enquiries through a protected dashboard. Our website uses Firebase services to handle enquiry submissions and editorial content.
Public blog comments and community moderation
When you submit a public comment, SURE-GHANA collects your chosen display name, comment text, date, and a temporary Firebase authentication identifier. Replies may be linked to a parent comment. Public comments are reviewed before publication; approved names and messages are visible to anyone viewing the article. Staff can reject or delete comments. Please avoid sharing medical information or personal contact details. To request comment removal, contact info@sureghana.com. The comment provider may process technical data needed to prevent abuse.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not activate optional Firebase Analytics in this release. Firebase services may use technical browser storage needed for authorised staff sign-in and temporary anonymous visitor identities when submitting comments.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries and rejected comments should only be retained while reasonably required for correspondence, moderation and organisational record-keeping. Authorised administrators can delete them. The organisation should formally approve its retention schedule before launch.
Contact and corrections
For privacy questions or requests to correct or delete information submitted through this site, email info@sureghana.com. Please include enough details to help identify the enquiry without sending additional sensitive information.
This is a website privacy notice draft. SURE-GHANA should review and approve it under applicable Ghanaian data-protection obligations before production publication.
